…what kind of a monster are you?

Sharing a kiddie birthday card featuring a cute stamp from Bugaboo Stamps called Birthday Monsters.

I’ve made this card for my youngest nephew for his first birthday hence all the bright colours.  Now I know there’s no snark on this, I mean what one year old understands snark even if he is MY nephew?!  But I haven’t played at the Sisterhood in forever and Edna has thrown out a Z is for Zaphod Beeblebrox challenge and these monsters look like they’ve come down in the last UFO so I am linking up there anyway.

Over at The Fairy and Unicorn they’re always anything fantasy goes so I know my monsters will also be welcome in their challenge.  And with my two fun designer papers I am also linking up at Just Us Girls.

Seeking after that sweet golden clime…

Sharing a card featuring a sweet little image from Bugaboo Stamps called Bug Kidz Daisy 2.

I’ve the honour of being a guest DT this month at Cheerful Sketches and here’s the sketch.

With the pretty flower dress and the ladybugs on the image I went with a real summery feel to my card.  Summer in Australia is a time of bright, bright sunshine, green grass and fiery red sunsets so I’ve used those colours.  As my card features ladybugs (something with wings) I’m entering it in the current challenge at The Crafter’sCafé.

Ladybugs are also animals so that takes care of part of the requirement at Animal Friends and I also have the added theme of a die cut (two in fact with my oval and banner).  With my ribbon elements I’m also covered for the theme at Stamping Sensations so am linking up my card there too.

All the world loves a clown

I have a cute little card to share today featuring one of the images from the Kidz Clown Mini Set from Bugaboo Stamps.

To make up my card I’ve followed the current sketch over at Cheerful Sketches where I have the honour of being a guest DT.  Here is this month’s great sketch.

This card is going out to one of my nieces so I’ve done it up in lots of bright colours and lots of glitter (not that you can really see the glitter in the photo!).  No birthday is complete without cake and ice cream so the Echo Park paper was just perfect for this as were the fun cupcake buttons from Dress It Up.

I've also used die cuts and the whole thing is rather Spring-like in its colours so I am also entering my card in Crafting for the Craic's current challenge using the 'die-ing for Spring' theme.  With all my many colours I am also linking my card in the current challenge at Fairy Tale Challenges.
