Before and After

So I’ve finished my Created from Color Copic colouring class and I thought I’d post up my before and after shots.  The awesome instructors, Kristy and Melissa, ask you to colour a picture and post it before the first class starts.  Then when you finish the course they ask you to do a final project using the same picture.

If anyone needs any proof as to how great this class and the instructors are, just take a look at my Bloom Mae before and after.

Here’s the list of colours used for the Before –

Skin E50, E51, E53

Hair E31, E33, E35, E37, Y28

Eyes G14, G07

Dress V000, V04, V06, V09

Leaves & Stem G14, G07

And here’s the ones used for the After –

Hair B00 (was too light on its own so added BG05) BG05, C1, C3, C5, C7, 100

Skin E00, E02, E08, E11, E13 (E02 and E13 used for cheeks and lips)

Eyes BG02, BG05, BG09

Top & Bow R22, R24, R37, R59, R89

Ruffles R20, R22, R24 (using tip-to-tip blending with R20 and R24)

Shoe R37, R59, R89

Skirt W1, W3, W5, W7, 100 (using tip-to-tip and palette blending with W7 and 100 on rightmost part of skirt)

Flower Y15, YR04 (using palette blending)

Leaves & Stem G02, G05, G28 (G28 used for veins)

I’d recommend this course to anyone who has Copics and isn’t a natural artist.
