Sharing a simple
thank you card featuring a partial stamping of a Penny Black stamp called
Blossom Branch.
I did the partial
stamping so I could play along at AAA Cards where they are looking for you to
only decorate one corner. There’s an optional
twist of a colour palette, which I’ve also played along with. I used several mats in three of the colours from
the palette in the same bright shades as the jelly babies in the inspiration photo. I toned it down a bit for my stamping as I used
distress colours so the green in particular is more subdued.
At the Alphabet Challenge they want you to have only one-word sentiments so I’ve gone with a
simple ‘thanks’; a fab chippie from Make it Crafty. As my stamp features some pretty flowers and
my card is CAS, I’m also entering it over in the current challenge at The Flower Challenge.
