I love playing along with the Outlawz sketch challenges so when the lovely DT gals asked me to join them as a guest for June I jumped at the chance.  Here is my first card featuring Ella Lovely from this month’s awesome sponsor The Stamping Chef.

And here’s this week’s sketch, which I flipped to make my card.

Isn’t Ella’s little birdie friend sweet?  He comes with the image, I just cropped him out and shrunk him down to fit into the smallest oval in the set of Nesties I used.  Friendship is the current challenge over at Digitally Sweet Challenges and I think this image is perfect for that theme and the card would work well as a ‘just because’ to a dear friend.

I thought Ella Lovely needed some shabby chic elements to set her off so I’ve distressed my designer paper and used lace for the rectangular elements.  In keeping with the feminine feel to the card I’ve picked flowers for my embellies so I’m also entering this in the current challenge at Craft All Day.

As I’m featuring one of Tamara’s gorgeous images on my card I’m also going to link it up at the current Stamping Chef challenge where they always have an anything goes theme.
