That’s kind of pretty

I’m sharing another card made with a Stamp AnnieThing image, this time Giselle For a Lil’ Princess.

This card is going to the sister of my other princess card, a Little Miss who loves pink and purple and has lovely curls like Giselle.  My card design follows the sketch for challenge #265 at Try Stampin’ on Tuesday, which I’ve just got in under the wire with.  They have an optional Spring is here theme with the sketch so I used a ribbon with butterflies for the thin rectangular element and added a butterfly die cut for an embellie.

I added in the circle elements with some stitched dies as the current challenge at Simply Create Too is stitching.  I didn’t have any stitched square dies so I added in some stitching around the image with a Spica pen, which I think frames Giselle nicely.  Although my drawn stitches are about as even as my sewn ones!

Crafty Friends are looking for projects for a child so I am also entering my card in their challenge.
