Sharing a CAS card featuring one of the fab chippies from Make it Crafty.

This card is going out to a colleague who just got a well-deserved promotion.  The layout follows the current sketch over at CAS(E) this Sketch, where I’ve used some champagne bubbles for the three diamond elements.  At TGIF they are letting the heat of the northern summer inspire with a heat embossing challenge.  So I could play along I’ve heat embossed my sentiment with clear UTEE and also my bubbles to make them shine.  Unfortunately, I had to draw the bubbles in and I used a Versa Mark pen that didn’t grab the UTEE so well so you can see the bubble shine has spread a bit.

I went with the champagne bubbles as I wasn’t sure what to do for an image until I saw the current Food / Drink theme at Crafty Friends.  While I did only the bubbles on the front to fit the sketch, I decorated the inside with a die cut champagne bottle.  I also added UTEE to this, after colouring it and the bubble spray with my Copics.  I love how this has made them look like an epoxy embellie.
