Sharing a CAS
card featuring one of the uber cool guys from the Rocker Boys by C.C. Designs.
I picked this particular
stamp so I could play along at AAA Cards rocking the twist of inspired by a song. Hopefully it’s fairly obvious the song I picked
was Greased Lightning even if I changed up Danny’s hair colour to a much
lighter brown to fit the recipient of this card.
The current
sketch at CAS(E) this Sketch fit perfectly with the along the edge non-twist
theme at AAA Cards. My image subbing for
the star element in the sketch with the subtle sentiment coming from the same set
as the cool dude.
Over at Less is More they want to see stencils on a one layer card. I’ve added in the rectangular element in the sketch
using a tread stencil from Tim to keep with the Greased Lightning theme I’ve
got going. It’s red as the original
movie poster had the title within a red car.
And would you look at that masking, actually got it working this time
round so I could do this all on one layer of lovely thick water colour paper I picked
up at Paperific over the weekend.
