Sharing my first
Christmas card design for my bulk cards featuring dies from Cottage Cutz and Impression Obsession.
The layout for
these cards follows the current sketch at CAS(E) this Sketch. I created the various elements with my papers
and the die cut. To make the designs
different I changed up the base colours and also the designer papers, as well
as the die cut.
I chose the die
cuts to play along at Kreativ-Tanten where they are looking for Christmas trees
on your project. Over at If You Give a Crafter a Cookie, they have some lovely cookies for inspiration and there was
one with a tree. The cookie colour made
me pick the kraft background and I added Nuvo drops to imitate the icing on the
tree.
I’ve made up 10
of these cards, five each with the red and green border and the two designer
papers and die cuts. Now I just have
another 40 cards to go!
