’Twas Christmas broach’d the mightiest ale

I’ve finally sat down to make my Christmas cards and this year I am using Tim Holtz’s Scribbly Christmas trees on them.

As I have a lot to make I decided on two designs and then used scraps of paper in different patterns with different combinations of stamps from the Scribbly Christmas set to ensure variety.  This card follows the current sketch at Sweet Sketch Wednesday 2.

I bought a whole bunch of Dress It Up holly buttons earlier this year in preparation for my Christmas card making.  As usual I got prepared early and have left the actual making till the last minute, sigh…  And while I probably went with too fussy a card, given how many I had to make (46 of this one), I am really pleased with how it turned out.

Being a Christmas card I am entering it over at Jo’s Scrap Shack in the current Fun-day Friday challenge and also at Just Add Ink (Christmas is my just add C).

Ingredients:
Embellishments
Inks & Paints etc

Bazzill Monochromatic Cardstock ~ Red Devil
Bazzill Smoothie Cardstock ~ Napa Valley
