Oh, Great Pumpkin, where are you?

Made a start on my Hallowe’en cards today, this one features one of the stamps from the My Best Friends are Witches set from Kraftin’ Kimmie, which is sadly retired.

I’ve made up my card following the current sketch at Moving Along With the Times.  I swapped out the circle element and used a pumpkin instead to match the pumpkin in the image.  Loving the Hallowe’en coloured Deco Sheets from Tim Holtz that added some lovely bling to this. Unfortunately my Christmas ones haven’t arrived yet so no green for the pumpkin stalk so went with black instead.  My pumpkin is an SVG so I was able to cut a second one with a one-sixteenth border in black to keep with the rest of my layers that are matted on black cardstock.

In keeping with the pumpkin theme I’ve used some button pumpkins for embellies and added in a cat for a familiar for the cute little witch.  Instead of stamping a sentiment I used a Tim Holtz Muse Token with the apt wording of ‘Jack-o-lantern’ on it.  With all my pumpkins I am entering this in the current challenge at Creative Friday.  As my card is for Hallowe’en I am also linking it up in the current challenge over at Crafty Creations.
