I’m sharing a
card I made for a friend’s birthday featuring the flower from the Beautiful Day
set by Altenew.
To make up my
card I used the inspiration photo from the current Altenew challenge. I picked up the two flowers and three leaves
as well as the layout and the sequin embellies and used them on my card.
I went with pink
for my flowers and cardstock mats as it is think pink for breast cancer
awareness over at Casual Fridays. And,
as my card features a layered stamp I am also linking it up at Less is More. To add interest I stamped the outline of the
flowers and leaves with embossing ink and added gold embossing powder. I used the same embossing powder for the sentiment,
which also comes in the same set, and finished off the card with gold sequins.

Love your pretty flower card a lot! Perfect entry to our Cas-ual Fridays challenge and good luck!
ReplyDeleteThe pink and gold is a lovely combination for these beautiful Altenew flowers. And although you've matted the panel on a few layers, it's still wonderfully clean and simple.
